Our Projects

Our foundation is driven by the principles of self-reliance and achievement, encapsulated in our name, "Swayamsaddhya" – where "Swayam" means yourself and "Saddhya" means achieve. We believe that when individuals are given the right tools and support, they can overcome any challenge and create a brighter future for themselves and their communities. Through a range of innovative projects, including Project Karbharini , Project Swayampurna, Project Kala-kaushalya, Project Womaniya, Project Mardani, Project Aarambha, and Project Trutiya, we address various aspects of empowerment, from skill development and entrepreneurship to health education and career opportunities. Our holistic approach ensures that we cater to the diverse needs of the people we serve, helping them build a foundation for a better life.

Project Karbharin

Aimed at empowering women who prefer or need to work from home, this project supports the development of small-scale businesses. By providing resources, training, and guidance, we help women create sustainable income opportunities that allow them to balance their personal and professional lives.

Project Swayampurna

This project focuses on providing training in the Food and Beverage (FNB) sector, helping individuals, particularly women, acquire the skills necessary to start and run small-scale businesses. The initiative offers practical knowledge and hands-on experience in areas such as food preparation, safety standards, and business management

Project Kala-kaushalya

Dedicated to the skill development of youth, this project serves both men and women, offering training in various trades and crafts. By equipping young people with the skills needed for employment or entrepreneurship, we aim to foster economic independence and personal growth.

Project Womaniya

This initiative is centred on developing marketing skills among women, empowering them to effectively promote their products and services. Through workshops, mentorship, and networking opportunities, we help women enhance their market presence and business success.

Project Mardani

Focused on the holistic development of women, this project addresses mental and physical well-being, self-defence, and sex education. We aim to build resilience, confidence, and awareness among women, equipping them to navigate challenges and protect their rights.

Project Aarambha

This project provides comprehensive support for entrepreneurship development, offering guidance on financial management and access to government grants. By helping individuals navigate the complexities of starting and sustaining a business, we pave the way for long-term success and stability.

Project Trutiya:

Specifically designed for the transgender community, this project focuses on social, mental, financial, and entrepreneurship development. We provide targeted support to address the unique challenges faced by transgender individuals, promoting their inclusion, well-being, and economic independence.
